I know many cheaters in top 100,they open their own league and play with many account,all accounts are their, but I cant report them because I am not play in their league,so their acoount will never lock ? Why we cant report everyone?I am going crazy when I find new cheater

Since you are an experienced manager you should know by now that the public forum is not the place to report or discuss about cheating. If you have any kind of evidence about a manager then please send an email with your detailed report to your local support team or to the world one.
