The manager name you're trying to add doesn't exist

Hi,
I am trying to add a couple of friends using my laptop. When i fill in their manager name i receive the message that the manager name doesn't exist. Even though i 100% spelled it right and we all have confirmed our emails. Could you please help me sort this problem out?

This problem could only exsist if you and your friends are playing on different versions of our game.
You're the one that has a World version account, so your friends are playing on the Dutch version.
To be able to play together add each other as friends you'll all need to play on the same version.
