      i did pay for coins on the app. i checked my bank account and its wrote off my account. but in the game i did not get my coins. how do i still get my coins or how do i get my money back? or takes it time before i get it in my ism account?

        Sometimes it might take longer before they are visible, but if you don't receive them you can contact our Dutch support team by email:

        Provide your manager name/clear explaination of the problem and the full payment receipt in the mail.

          i did send a mail with all the info. do you have any idea how long it is gonne take before any responds. i sendet it this morning did not got anything back yet.
