Cheater report

I sent a cheater report regarding a player in my league who I suspect has another account he uses to illegally help in transfers, but it got rejected. I wouldn't had sent it if I wasn't sure, both accounts are from the same nation & the alt account just got created yesterday. And like I said in my report, all 12 transfers (including the direct ones) happened in a 6 minute window, and all done to favor the main account which was created months ago. I already described details of the transfers in the report, but the verdict said "not enough evidence". Shall I send screenshots of the profile and/or the transfers?

That you think someone is cheating doesn't really mean that they are cheating, since we don't discuss things on forums this topic will closed.
