Could you check Active Leagues → "****" → 16 managers section ? Just the top 3 managers using a real account and the remaining below names are dublicated bot names. I guess whole league created by cheaters there.

It's not possible te discuss or report cheaters on our forums.
We have a cr system to report cheaters or when not in league in that case support mail.
