Stadium Upgrades Bug

Hello, I've been noticing that my stadium upgrades have been bugging a lot. Per example, yesterday I have finished upgrading my training section to lvl2 and today it is lvl1 with no upgrades again. This is not the first time I have noticed this.

It's most likely that you didn't look right, since upgrades goes in stages.
You probably completed one stage instead of the whole thing.
If you're convinced that's not the case then you should come up with evidence full screenshot includes manager name and time/date stamp must be vissible on the screen.

To be clear it must be a screen of training section level 2 and when it's back to level 1 again
