My manager points are not added to my total points

Last league has finished on 17-3-19 slot 2.
Keep in mind that every slot has his own seprerate ranking.
App shows only the highest amount received mps slot, so that only will change when you finish a season with that same slot again.

Via web you're able to check all mps slots, including total amount of all slots together (but total amount is only for your profile and doesn't count for ranking)
