Definitely. Very sensible. Lets keep the thread open and have some good conversation on this.

I don't agree with that. It's like we are stopping transfers... is that reasonable ? why is wrong for a manager to make cleaver transfers and make his team stronger ? what happens to real football? every team stays with the first 18-20 players that starts the season ?

I don't agree with it either.
The way I see it is part of the game and if you don't want transfers in your league then their is the option to create your own league and turn transfers off.

I don't agree with it at all. If you don't want to make transfers, don't do it. You'll see it's harder to maintain your goal with average or weak team in strong league or in weak leagues where teams have similar value. It's your choice 😉

I do not agree either! One of the things I like about OSM is the ability to bring any player to your club, and make it stronger, leave the team with your face. And this is also one of the ways to make the coach more active in the OSM, buying and selling, this is one of the great advantages of the game.

Hello mate & welcome to the English forum. ☺

Could you please try to explain a bit more of your thought ? Are you indeed refering to the Transfer List of a league? And what exactly you are suggesting?

Some managers have already answered back at your post , but personally I have this feeling that maybe your words were misunderstood ? 😕

@SUPERNOVA-8 Thank God, I am not alone on this one. People posted back but it felt like I was missing something vital to respond properly.
