The problem with my OSM subaccounts!

Greeting! I have an unusual problem. When I logged on tonight OSM, I saw in my profile that is activate Open slot 2. It says I'm the manager of the club Mladost in Bosnia-Herzegovina league. But I have never chosen this option. How could it happen? What can I do to stop it? Thank you in advance for your ansver!

Joining a league needs human interaction, so someone must have joined it.
If you don't want to use slot 2 to play then you can always resign after your first match has been played by going to the board.
