Transfers are random and there is no guarantee that players will be sold, sometimes players sell faster and other times they take longer to sell.

Hello mate and welcome to the OSM game & Forums.
First of all : Put your players for sale at maximum prices ( multiplied x 2,5 times their starting price ) asap ! You are losing valuable club funds this way .
Secondly : In most cases I would have to agree with Lirind's ( @Lirind ) reply to you. Transfers are indeed random , but...
But you did mention that you were on the pre-season days ( aka Preparation days ) which are normally the most active in numbers of transfers for all managers at the beginning of every new league.So what is going wrong with your transfers there mate?
A screen shot of your league's latest transfers would surely help us a lot.
If other managers were selling players and you weren't, then we cannot talk of an engine's malfunction or a bug.
Were you maybe trying to sell the top/best and most expensive players of your squad during these 3 prep days?
