How can I report a cheater?

It's obvious both managers of Leverkusen and Borussia Mönchengladbach in my competition are one and the same person, by the managernames used and the kind of transfers going on between those 2 teams, but I don't know how to report it. When I click on the "report cheater" button I get referred to my profile.

To report a cheater you need to go to his profile and report him as a cheater and when you send the report you need to go to your email to activate this report.
