Negotiation glitch

Hi,
There is a glitch that has happened for my Inter Milan team. Club Brugge has offered 13 million dollars for my goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey who is worth 12.4 million. I renegotiated in the range of around 21 million on my PC last night but this morning, when i logged in, i saw that he was sold for 13 million dollars to Club Brugge. What happened?? And how could it be fixed?
