@licorne_2 New screen with option to choose sponsor deal should pop up and then confirm.
If you are not able or think there is bug, you should report it using the template.

If you have already chosen your 4 Sponsors then you must be able to see a different amount of money coming from each one of them. But these funds coming from Sponsors are added to your club funds only after a Home match of yours is completed ( or a Cup match ).
Each sponsor gives you a certain amount and for certain rounds. You get to choose a new sponsor only if those rounds are done and completed .Plus , the better you do in your league meaning getting a position on the league table higher than your objective , then the new sponsors raise their amounts of money for the next rounds.
