Boss coins app download not received

Hello,
I have downloaded the coin master app and working towards reaching level 3 to gain 900 boss coins. Now I am almost these, and now I cannot see the offer to get 900 boss coins any more... so how can I get these coins? And is this for all (longer lasting) offers the case? Please advise, otherwise it makes no sense to download these apps for boss coins if you do not get the time reach the needed level to cash.
