No Boss coin after advertisement

After watching the advertisement/commercial in the business section, I don't receive a Boss coin. At first I thought it was a temporary bug, but after several days, I deleted and reïnstalled the app at my Android what didn't help. Is there a possibility to fix this or does anyone have advice? Thanks in advance!
