Error when clicking "Home" is forwarding to an error page

Hi, I play OSM in a browser, and since yesterday, everytime I click in the Home button the page loads but then it forwards to an error page.

I've cleared cache, used it in incognito mode and even tried another browser and still the same, can you help?

could you please try to remove cookies,temp files from browser and try again? -
@Mehmet-Reşat-Nayır I've done that. restarted the browser and still the error is happening. Also tried in other two browses, Firefox and IE.....
