No boss coins and i didnt got a mail

I bought 1125 boss coins, and i did send a mail to them. I told them my manager name, but i need to send my full payment but u guys did not send it.

That's correct you should always sent the full payment receipt when you contact us for payment issues. Otherwise you'll have to contact the payment provider for a refund.
