To be able to visit topics that are not part of the World forum you have to go to your Forum menu 》click on Groups 》 then choose one and Join a Group, the Polish group of language for instance :
(https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/groups/language-pl )
This way you will have access to the Polish forum too , and is a pretty active one when it comes to big events and tournaments.
