Didn't receive boss coins after unlocking achievement

I unlocked the achievement Friendly Fire and it popped up in my screen after login.
Altough I have a feeling that either this reward has been received a while ago but the notification just popped up now OR I never did receive the coins because the number I had (117) didn't change after the notification to claim the 100 free achievement coins...
Is this a known issue for either of the cases? And is there something the customer support can do (Is this even the correct way to address for customer support?)Kind regards,
