Keep in mind that you're on public forums here, so you should absolutely never share any pensonal info like IBAN etc here.
Payment issues will always be handled in private by email only, in your case you should send an email to Dutch support team: NL.support@onlinesoccermanager.com
Including manager name and full payment receipt in the first mail.
