I'm found problem of scouts report it is not match with my request such as:
Finding Spanish M Ofensive in italy
But results, give me no spanish player or ofensive. -

since the scout always brings back three players it will return with the next best thing when there are no such players available.

Because there are very little players with still level 90+, thats why the scout brings back new players.
To find a specific player, then try to put all the informations on the scout about this player ( age, midd., what kins of midd. is )

Tells us that you are already playing in a Spanish league. So my advice to you would be to : first look closely at every club in your league. Maybe your desired player is already in another club .
And secondly , it is better to try and Scout a player of different Nationality only because your league is the Spanish one.@Lirind Thank you very much for your help Lirind
