Scout Brings Non-selected kriteria players

Hi.I'm sending my scout for moldovan players but the scout brings non-moldovan players everytime.Could you fix it,I'm having this kind of problem every league of my account.

This is because there are no more Moldovan players matching the criteria used in sending your Scout and since the scout will always come with players, it will bring the next best thing it could find. This usually happens when you use too many criteria when sending your scout, the less criteria you use the better the result.
