I don't understand how to use PersonaLy. Whenever I fill out the forms, it says +3 (or however many boss coins it would give) boss coins, but it never ever ever gives me any boss coins.
Can someone please tell me what to do.

I think you should contact the advertiser who gave you the boss coins offer.
BUT
It sometimes can take sometimes a week (7 Days) before the rewards are given to you.
