I can't enter my account anymore

Once I started a career and quit after a day, then it lagged and it said "oops we had a problem we'll refresh the page"
From then, whenever I go on OSM, on login, on career etc. It comes back to that laggy career and it keeps saying "we had a problem, we'll refresh the page."
Ever happened to anybody? Know how to fix it?

I believe you should send an email to En.support@onlinesoccermanager.com with a clear explanation of the problem you currently have and you should also include your manager name in the mail as this can help you and the support team.
Or
Try the OSM app on mobile and that could resolve your problem too!

According to the screen shot your last loggin was 12 hours ago and you have 2 Slots activated and managing a Club.
Are you able to enter your 2 Slots and manage them ?
What and when exactly happened to you that causes a problem ? ( word "once" does not help and your first sentence is not clear enough to understand it )
Please try to give us a better explanation of your situation in order to provide you the correct reply and help. -
@SUPERNOVA-8 Well, I try going on osm/careers and, without touching the mouse, the site automatically goes to osm/dashboard (Which is the dashboard of the team I left after one day) and goes on a loop where it say "oops, we had a problem, we'll refresh the page."

My friend there are so many infos that we could use and are missing from your posts. Like:
I guess you are using a PC or laptop , your browser anyway... Correct?
Which team was the one you left after one day ? I guess you mean that you joined a new league and Club and resigned from there after one day. Correct?
And on which of your Slots did this happen?
Also, a screen shot or any image is always very helpful for us to understand the problem.
Which browser do you use? What device to login to OSM ?But I also want you first to log out from OSM , then try to clean your browser (i.e. Chrome ) from all the past history, temporary data , cache , cookies and after that try to login again and tell me if you still have the same problem. Also if you are using any ad - blocker , please de-activate it.

- I can't log out from OSM because if I go on ANY page related to the OSM site, (Apart from forums which aren't part of the GAME) It will put me back on that page
These are the two steps (like in the pictures)

I'm guessing you are going to an OSM page while you aren't logged in to your OSM account. That doesn't work and so you get that error message. So first type in www.en.onlinesoccermanager.com in the adressbar to get to the login page. From there you can log in your OSM account with your credentials or using the Facebook link. That way you won't get the error message.
