I would like to add a new league to OSM

Hello!

I have been playing OSM since 2007 (it was called OFM back then) and I have contributed to the game by creating the Moroccan league back in 2008. Now I would like to add 2nd division of the Moroccan league, I volunteer to do so for free.
How can I do that?

Hello mate....thanks for volunteering but our League Update team will decide for adding any new leagues in the game...
