Since few hours ago whenver I get the chance to see an ad, I don't receive any boss coins although I wait until the ad is over. What is happening? I really want to use some boss coins to take advantage of the weekend event but this bug won't let me upgrade my team. Please help!

Hello everybody .
I need from all of you to follow the below steps and you will see that your Boss Coins for watching Commercial videos are being added normaly.- Go inside your phone's settings, choose your Apps , click on your OSM app and clear all the Temporary Data and cache.
- After that, use again your game app to watch a video. But right after you are done with watching all 9 videos then click on the diamond icon a couple times so that the status of your total Boss coins gets updated. Look at the screenshot please :
Generally it helps to do at least a clean up of your Cache from time to time from inside your App.
Always try to notice the exact amount of your Boss Coins before you start watching those videos.
And always reload your Boss Coins status to see that the new free coins were actually added for you.Note Of course like one of you wrote here, do not expect to earn your free Boss Coin unless you watch the video till the required time ( seconds ) that each one of them asks from us to do.

Same issue here. Watched about 40 movies today, got 4 coins. Clearing the cache did not solve the issue.

Do you mean you watched 40 - forty ads? 40 different commercial videos? During how many hours did you manage to watch all these ads? Also , did you notice on the exact amount of your BCs before watching them? Did you try to update your BCs status just like I showed
earlier with my screenshot? -
40 ads/movies over the course of 5 hours, you can watch 9 per hour. I've cleared the cache as instructed, restarted the app and tested with new ads. Refreshing the bosscoins shows i' m not getting new coins. I'm on the latest version of the app.

Update: completely removing and re-installing the app fixed the issue. Hope this is helpful for others.

As you probably have seen already many people have these problems with watching videos. Same with me. I cleared the cache like you said and also tried reinstalling the game like gus hinnik said. Unfortunately both don't work.
Ill try to describe my situation.
I watch 9 videos every hour. For the last 2 days I have the same problems as all of these people. Sometimes I get all 9 boss coins. Sometimes I get 3. Sometimes 2, sometimes none... It's completely random. I do watch all the videos until the end of course, and I do count my points before I start watching. Also tried it on a different phone and same problems.
Long story short, I think this is a general OSM problem as many of these people encounter problems. I would like to see that this will be escalated to the developers and that they fix the problem as a whole. This is clearly not a problem for a few people.
And I would also like to hear if OSM is planning to refund or credit the remaining coins I have never gotten for watching the videos. I hope you understand I do not watch the video's for fun, but for the coins. Meaning I'd like to get rewarded for my 'work'.

Looking at your posts, I could see that you guys managed to get some BCs from these commercial videos. But the truth is we can't be sure if you got the rewards for every single video that you watched.
This is something that the game devvers cannot reproduce neither have control over it, because these rewards are 'managed' on our partners (ads companies) side.
They are working hard to make some changes on the system, so they can reduce these situations. But unfortunately there's no time frame given for a 'global' fix. That's all for now guys.I'm going to close this topic but if I have anything new I will re-open it to inform you once again.
