I thought the training session lasted for 4 hours. I just set some of my A-team players to training (using the Web interface), thinking that it would finish before my match starts. But it looks like they're training for 8 hours, for some reason. Is this a bug or a feature?

I don't understand what you mean by "there's been a promo". Does that mean:"it's always been 8 hours. There's been a promo, during which it went down to 4 hours. It's back up to 8 hours, now"?

usually there are promotions during week end but in this week there was been a special promotion from wednesday to friday to celebrate new staff in the game -
