I finished my request and i didint get Boss coins... Why?

I had the task to reach level 30 on the new account in "Slots: Free Slot Machines and Casino Games". a few hours have passed and I still haven't got the boss coins in the OSM game even though I managed to do the challenge. I am asking for a reward for a challenge in the OSM game
