Didnt receive coins after buying

I bought a large packin the store earlier this day but did not receive any coins. What should I do?

Same I tried to buy boss coins for the first time, I put in all my valid card information (It did not say any of the card information was incorrect), but it just says "our apologies, something went wrong during your payment request." It said that I should mention the date, time, and payment method when reporting here so:
