Have a look at our OSM terms where it is clearly stated on point three that having more than one OSM account is not allowed for any reason.
For next time, no need creating another account since you can send a mail to en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com with a detailed explanation of the problem and also include your manager names in the mail.
