Not receiving my boss coins after being accepted.

So after I have completed the games on tapjoy and then did not receive my free coins. I sent a support email this email was approved however I did not receive my free coins. I then re-sent another support email and this was approved a second time. But yet again still not received any boss coins.
WHY????
There is no other way I can contact now. So how do I get my coins when I have been accepted both timesThanks
