Payed and not received my boss coins!!!
Paid for the special large boss coin pack on the 10th of Jan!! And nothing received!! I’ve sent email to the support email and have not had reply!! This is absolutely terrible service and terrible way to handle a playing customer!! Support please get this resolved ASAP this is the last time I will be asking, after this I will be taking the legal route!!
When you've sent a mail to support you have to be patient especially since your report came in during the weekend. Your report will be handled once they have time for it, hopefully, within the next 72 hours.
