I lost my manager account, which I logged in to using the name "Thoramann," as a result of the format I threw into the phone. I thought I'd started the e-mail with the address of 'firstname.lastname@example.org' before, something must have gone wrong.

Provide both of the manager names old/new and a clear explanaition of the problem.
