Lawyer says he can't appeal

So a player of mine got a red card and got suspended for 9 games (wtf, but whatever). I appealed once and it got reduced to 6 games, but the lawyer now says he can't appeal any further. There's only 6 games left til the end of the season, does this mean l won't be able to use him any more until it's over? Or will l be able to appeal again after the next match? I mean, it's my star defense player l'm talking about, not some shitty filler l can just replace..

They can only appeal once for each suspension.
Nonetheless, just sell that player and replace him with another.

Layer does only one appeal for each suspension....
