Transfer offer "An error has occured"

Hi.When I am sending offer to a manager's player an error has pop up and it says an error has occured,and this happens for one week.Any solution?

I have the same problem, but in the pre season I sold and bought a player from the team I sent the offer to

Yours may probably be the transfer rule keeping you from breaking OSM Terms
