My friend closed his account, he couldn't open it again, he forgot his account email, but he wants to play and likes this game and knows his name in the game

I think the best course of action for this one is to follow the instructions provided on the following link;

Failing that, you can send an email directly to the staff to have this sorted. Bare in mind that your friend will only be able to use one account, not both, so he will have to have one completely deleted by the OSM staff.
