my friend had an old account it's username is (MahmoudVBoshra) that had about 800 bosscoins so, he told me that he will create a new league then delete his account and join with his major account
now , the league number is 42064115 and it's empty while OSM is the moderator and it is private , so I and my friend can't join the league although non of the teams were taken 
so would you please open that league or grant me the moderator settings cause this will be 400 boscoins waste

Hi, welcome.
It was your friends choise to remove his account without putting it open.
The rules are also pretty clear, it's not allowed to have more then 1 account on osm.
The league stays locked and with osm moderator for the rest of the league, so the only thing you can do is resign yourself and then start a new league together.
