I would like to know if there is a way to open a league on server which i want. I mean there are a lot of servers in this game but can i open a league exactly on Francesco?
Keep in mind ~ All the tactics i suggested are my own opinions. So it is up to you to apply them.

I'm sorry but it's not possible to create a league on the server that you want.
