I want to refund a purchase I made by mistake.A payment was received about 2 hours ago.I thought I was back out of the process, but unfortunately, I noticed my phone bill.I'll be happy if you can help and fast.

Sorry but it's not possible to reverse a purchase once it's made. You have to be more careful next time.
