Scout not working

When i am trying to find a player on scout the filters are not working.

Exemple
Medium
Portuguese
Less than 24

And all the times more than 10 he find players not portuguese , old than 24...

@Seven17_1 Just because you use these instructions, does not mean they will always get the criteria you required. Sometimes they will give the next best thing. For example if you wanted to scout Aguero and it cant find him, the scout would offer Martinez instead! Hope this helps!
