Not able to scout in Germany / Bundesliga

Hi,

It is not possible to send the scout to Germany / Bundesliga.
Other managers from my league are experiencing the same problem.

I'm in the 'Beat The Covid League', which is in the league Serie A / Italy.

Could someone please check if this is a bug?

Thats right,
Due to German law, we cannot scout players from BundesLiga except one team, Bayern Munich.
