Can you buy players from different leagues, or just players on the transfer list or in your own league?

@Daz1889 You can use your scout as well as your transfer list to buy players from different leagues, however some leagues are not available ie the German League (Bundesliga) due to certain rights. Thankfully you can get players from Bayern though! Hope this helps
