Why cant you scout borrusia dortmund players ?
I tried to find hakimi and sancho, but they are unscoutable. Im wasting alot of coins and money, I just need the info if they are not scoutable at all.
I mean hakimi is a 87 year old Morroco defender, shouldnt be that hard to enter parameters.

Due to license issue only players from Bayern Munich can be scouted!
