Are you aware that OSM Terms clearly state that you're allowed to have only one account?
Please contact our support via mail for this issue. Clearly state on the mail that you created other accs, but you already deleted them (you should delete them by going to profile » edit » delete on Web version) and request to recover account XXXX
NOTE: Never provide personal data like mail addresses on public forums!
