cheater report

This is *** was cheating in my league(multiple accounts)
First account: ***
second account : ***
I reported him and he got banned but he returned after 1 day later with another name. I'm %100 sure It's him. He signed up with the same teams. It's obvious. He is the same guy and he is cheating again(illegal transfers too)The problem is I cant report him right now because he is reporting me. You know. That means when I'm trying to report him, I see warning message ''We investigate the league already....' etc, etc(I forgot the message) He knows I'm gonna report him and he is trying to stop me like that. Please tell me the solution for this cheater. I want to report and ban him again.

Cheating will never be reported, discussed or handled through forums. If you suspect someone is cheating you have to report him through our system by going to the manager's profile and use the report cheater tool that you'll find there otherwise report him via email >> en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com and include as much evidence as possible.
