Hi, I made an in app purchase in order to get boss coins, but I did not receive any yet! May I know why is it being delayed?

I downloaded Looney tunes through ironsource(where the offers are) in osm. I had to make a purchase in Looney tunes in order to get the boss coin which I did but I Haven't received the boss coins yet. -
