guys what should i do if my cousin mail has been band

i posted one post like that 2 days ago and the English support and we cant open his account here or in the game and they write that password is wrong but i promise that was his gamil and when we try to regain the password by our mail no message send
can any one help -

the staff don't bann emails or gmails. They only ban/lock the accounts. When your cousin try to recover the password your cousin should put the email that he was registered with OSM.
If your cousin email address is registered with OSM, they will sent you a new password. If your cousin didn't receive an email? Please contact them at en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com!
If your cousin don't have an email address connected to his account, you can contact them again at en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com.
If you have problems with the English language, you or your cousin can also write to staff who speak your language: ar.support@onlinesoccermanager.com

PS* Tell him to read carefully OSM terms. There was something he didn't knew it was illegal.
