account wann't activate , the message not sent to the email , tried to send againe and refresh but no thing working

follow these steps:

• try clearing cache/temp files from browser. Or try another one

• Did you check the spam on your email?

• Did you put the correct email that's connected to your account?

• What problem do you have when you click send? Can you share a screenshot?

i did every thing but no thing working , when i click send it saied : Check your email inbox to confirm your email address!
but when i open the email i find no message sent
