Changed Email on my first account and want the EMail to use it on my second account
Well as the title says i changed my email on this account because i dont use it often. Now i want the changed email to use it again on another account on my phone but i alwas get that message: Request failed: bad request (400)
the Name of my second account on my phone is Joe28398

@JOE2898 Hi mate,
firstly you are not allowed to have more than one account on OSM. Secondly, you can only manage one account. Thirdly, you have to decide which account you want to keep, otherwise you will lose both accounts.
Now i want the changed email to use it again
once you use an email address for your osm account that email address can't be used for any other OSM account and also can't be used again once you remove it from your account.
Send an email to email@example.com with a clear explanation of the problem and also include both your manager names in the mail.
