Questions about buying back players from transfer list

How do you buy back players from the transfer list which are sold to computers?Eg: In England 1st division,a manager sells Sterling to Real Madrid. How would you buy back sterling?

@Lakshay-Ahluwalia - I believe you use your scout to buy them back if they aren't re-listed by the 'ai' onto the transfer list. I did that with Bonucci, in a way I pre scouted him so when he got sold off my team, I could buy him again.

Hello mate...as it's said above, if a player is not on a team of your league, you can scout him and if the scout brings him back, you can buy it....
